2.City Attorney Ken Schatz – Brief the Committee about public meeting laws, public information laws, role of the Mayor and the City Council, appointment of Board and Commission members, appointment of Department Heads, etc. (30 minutes)
3.Information Technology Director Tim Barden – Brief the Committee about the capacities that currently exist within the City’s information technology infrastructure and where the City is headed in these areas. (20 minutes)
4.Human Resources Director Kristin Lonerwright – Brief the Committee on personnel polices, what is public, what is confidential, discuss the access policies around health care and other benefits. (15 minutes)
5.Planning and Zoning Director David White – Brief the Committee on the processes established for development review and permitting for the City. (30 minutes)
